| The Northern Hemisphere is a sparsely populated superregion, with most of its population being nomads. The only organized government in the Northern Hemisphere is that of the Kingdom of Inkpar. Because of its climate, it is also sparsely inhabited by plants and animals. There is a very abrupt change in climate between the Equatorial region and the Northern Hemisphere regions. It is very cold, but moderately humid. Fog rolls in from the Idesmor Ocean and the Sea of Haznaf all year round. The humidity allows the survival of the areas of grassland that dots the otherwise desolate land. It only rains for several days during the winter, and the rest of the time there is occasional hail and snow. The sun is only visible through the layers of fog and clouds at high winds during the summer.

Ekkhian Language Development Status

| The Ekkhian language is currently in the grammar building and vocab building stage.
It is now possible to create whole sentences in Ekkhian.
An Ekkhian tutorial is in development, and can be found at Learn Ekkhian.
Also, please help alphabetize the terms list at Ekkhian Terms.
NOTE: deranged_physicist is starting to redo some parts of the Ekkhian language, so be warned!

The old wiki hosted on editthis.info has been having many problems, so we have moved the wiki here in order to have the most uptime possible. We have just finished importing all the old articles, so please feel free to keep contributing. Please register before you edit! For editing guidelines go to Ekkhiadwiki:Help. The Community Portal has an extensive to do list of articles to be created and expanded on.
